RMH Advisors, LLC provides personalized wealth management for small business owners, retirees, those looking to retire or make work optional, married couples and domestic partners just starting to plan for their futures, widow(er)s and others needing assistance in complicated financial matters resulting from the death of a loved one, families looking for optimal ways to transfer wealth across generations, and many more. Our clients are located around the entire country, but for the most part, are concentrated within Southern California and Central Ohio. Our practice has evolved and includes several sub-specialties. Among these are Social Security planning, handling even the most technical IRA issues, and counseling independent women (sometimes referred to as “suddenly single”); these widowed or divorced women are very often in need of a trusted counselor or advisor.

RMH Advisors, LLC is defined by independence, objectivity, experience and our comprehensive holistic, values-based approach to planning. You won’t experience the hard sell here. Instead, our job is to evaluate your current financial situation, discuss your financial goals with you and create a plan designed to work towards those goals, making use of appropriate financial strategies.

INDEPENDENCE

We value our independence and have always taken a fiduciary position. We are breaking the traditional role of a transactional (sales-driven) advisor for a long term relationship-based experience. Our practical approach to problem solving is not based on what products we can sell, rather on comprehensive tools and techniques that are tailored specifically to each client’s fact pattern.

*Through RMH Advisors, LLC (a registered investment advisor) we offer clients fee-only financial planning and consulting services. When implementing a plan, clients may use Ross & Mary Hunt, Inc., who are properly licensed and compensated for services via a combination of fees and/or commissions through LPL Financial, a registered broker/dealer, member FINRA/SIPC. All compensation arrangements are fully disclosed up-front so that you understand where our fees and revenues come from.

OBJECTIVITY

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, Ross works to uphold a fiduciary standard and who places objectivity at the center of the planning process. His job is to objectively assess your financial situation and recommend financial strategies to carry out your individualized plan of action.

EXPERIENCE

For more than three decades, Ross has dedicated himself to partnering with his clients to pursue their retirement dreams. He founded his financial consulting practice immediately upon graduating from Miami University, in Ohio, in 1982. His extensive experience and vigorous on-going education in the areas of financial planning, retirement planning, IRA and 401k income planning, estate planning and investment theory are part of his vast experience.

VALUES-BASED FINANCIAL PLANNING

We provide full-service wealth management for our clients using a “Values-Based” financial planning process. This includes the four traditional, key areas of financial planning: discovery, analysis, implementation and monitoring. However, at RMH Advisors, LLC, we overlay onto this process a holistic view that incorporates your core beliefs (your inner values) and then apply it to your overall unique situation. We then recommend strategies based upon your values and beliefs, which potentially leads to a much more fulfilling result. Once our initial collaboration has been completed, we work together and periodically revisit your plan (again, based on your priorities and goals) and recommend any adjustments indicated to help you pursue a productive, rewarding & financially secure retirement.
